Task: Review Service Engagement Model
The environment (procedures, organization internally and at the Client) of the services provided by the Service Engagement changes over time. The service engagement models will also need to be evaluated and adjusted to the changed circumstances.

Throughout the life of the Service Engagement the environment could change, as a result it is important that the Engagement Manager and the Delivery Manager conduct regular reviews of the engagement models to check that all changes on the environment are taken into account. Any review that takes place should include an assessment of the impact on the models and focus on the most important changes. The results of the review will be documented in the improvement register.

Where improvements on the models are identified, the Engagement Manager must ensure that a full evaluation of the impact is performed with all relevant stakeholders given the opportunity to review such improvements.

Having identified that improvements are needed to the Service Strategy and obtaining the appropriate approval needed, the Engagement Manager should then make the relevant changes to the same.
